my mom and i went to this year's tulip festival a few days too late. even with our freezing cold spring, somehow the tulips bloomed early, so it wasn't quite as pretty as in years past. we still had a great time, and while it was a little cold in the morning, it turned into a perfect day and it was so nice to spend some time at one of my favorite places in the world. thanksgiving point touts the highest man-made waterfalls in north america. here are me and the boys in front of one of them:

i have more pictures of noah for a reason. he will actually look at me, or at least in my general vicinity. isaac will not only not look at me, but he won't even stand semi-still for a picture.
