I thought you were moving into an apartment, where have I been? Did they show you the real amount you'll be paying at the end of the 30 years... ouch! But, Congrats!

yeah, when i saw the amount and it was more than DOUBLE what the place originally cost, i wanted to cry a little. but we got an awesome interest rate -- 5.38%! it's 6.25% right now! we decided to look one last time before we committed to renting and found a condo up in clearfield, about 30 miles north of salt lake. hey jess, you know where lagoon is? it's not there.
Congrats, Em! Clearfield is closer to Idaho, so if you ever want to come visit...Come on! Idaho rocks! Remember the trip we took to McCall about 9 years ago?
